A 2 to 3 hour immersive experience using extended breathwork sequences, music, and somatic integration to go deeper than a standard session allows. This is the experience you do when you are ready to move something that has been waiting to move.

A 60-minute deep dive into your nervous system. Summer guides you through your quiz results category by category — breaking down exactly what your patterns mean across all five life areas. You leave with a clear map of how your system operates and a personalised set of practices to begin shifting it.

For those who want to move fast and go deep. A 3 to 4 hour private session combining blueprint mapping, breathwork, somatic release, and nervous system education into one extended, immersive container.

Couples breathwork uses the breath as a shared somatic tool — helping two people move into regulation together, release what has been building between them, and access a deeper layer of connection than conversation alone can reach. Sessions are 1.5 hours.
How you attach to people — how quickly you close, how hard you hold on, how fast you disappear when things get real — is not a personality trait. It is a nervous system response. This session focuses specifically on your attachment style and the physiological patterns underneath it.

Somatic therapy works with the body as the primary site of healing. Rather than talking about what happened, we track what is happening — sensations, breath, posture, impulse — and work with the nervous system directly to complete responses that got stuck.

Touch is one of the most direct ways to communicate safety to the nervous system. Touch therapy sessions use intentional, trauma-informed touch to support nervous system regulation, release held tension, and restore the felt sense of safety. Sessions are in person only and are 1 hour.

Integration sessions are 45 to 60 minutes and are designed for people who have done deep work — a session, a retreat, an intensive — and need support processing what is moving through them.
