Weekly live calls

75 minutes every week on Zoom. Education, live practice, and integration — together. Sessions are recorded so you never miss content, but the live experience is where the real depth happens.

Every session includes live somatic work — breathwork, somatic therapy, EFT tapping, qigong, and movement. Not just theory. Real practice, in real time, together.

Your nervous system blueprint

Before week one, you complete a deep-dive quiz across five life areas. You receive a personalised blueprint identifying your NS type and how it shows up in your specific patterns. This shapes everything inside the container.

Daily protocols

Between sessions, you work a 10-minute daily protocol drawn from your blueprint — audio and video guides, weekly reflection prompts, and homework that deepens each week's topic in your actual life.

Things people ask.

No. The SYSTM is designed for every level of experience with body-based practices. Week one starts with foundations, and your blueprint ensures your daily practice matches your capacity.

Every session is recorded and available. You won't miss the content. That said, the live experience — the group energy, real-time practice, the Q&A — is where a lot of the depth happens. We encourage you to prioritise it.

One 75-minute live session per week, plus about 10 minutes of daily practice. The homework and reflection prompts take an additional 20–30 minutes. It's designed to be sustainable, not overwhelming.

No. The SYSTM is a somatic and breathwork education program, not therapy. If you are working with significant trauma or a mental health condition, we encourage you to continue working with your therapist alongside this program.

Yes. If you join Core and decide you want more personal support, you can add a NS Blueprint Call or private coaching sessions at any point during the 8 weeks. Availability depends on Summer's schedule, so earlier is always better.

New containers start at the beginning of every month. When you enroll, you'll be placed in the next one. You'll receive everything — your quiz, your blueprint, and your welcome materials — before the first session.

Yes. The SYSTM is co-ed. The nervous system doesn't have a gender — the patterns we work through are universal, and the group benefits from having multiple perspectives in the room.

Summer Valentino is a breathwork facilitator and nervous system educator whose work is rooted in her own healing journey. She teaches nervous system regulation not as a concept, but as a lived practice — through breathwork, somatic therapy, movement, EFT, and qigong.

Her approach is direct, body-forward, and grounded in real life — not clinical theory. She built The SYSTM because she wanted to create the container she needed when she was breaking her own patterns.
