The performing, the shrinking, the shape-shifting — your nervous system built those to stay safe. Four weeks to take the mask off.
You are not fake. You are not too much, or not enough. Your nervous system learned that being fully yourself was not safe — and it can learn something new.
The performing. The shrinking. The reading the room before you decide who to be. The shape-shifting to keep everyone comfortable. None of these are character flaws. They are protection strategies your body built in environments where being fully yourself felt unsafe.
Unmasked is four weeks of closing the gap between who you are and who you let people see. Not through mindset work or affirmations — through the nervous system. Because as long as your body believes it is not safe to be fully seen, the mask stays on no matter how much you want to take it off.
This is the work of coming home to yourself — so the version of you that shows up in the world is the real one, not the managed one. You do not have to earn your way to being seen. You have to teach your body that it is safe to be.
You cannot take off what you cannot see. Week one maps your mask — how you learned to perform, shrink, or shape-shift, and the exact moment being yourself started to feel unsafe.
Every mask has a cost — the exhaustion of managing how you come across, the quiet ache of never being fully known. Week two is where you feel what the performance has been taking from you, and why your body keeps choosing it anyway.
This is the body-level work. Breathwork and somatic practice that teach your nervous system a new thing — that it is safe to be seen. Not an idea about it. An actual felt experience of being fully present and not in danger.
The mask does not come off in theory. Week four is about carrying this into real life — the rooms, relationships, and moments where you used to disappear. Showing up as exactly who you are, on purpose.
Every session is live on Zoom. Cannot make it? Recordings are sent within 24 hours of each call, so you never miss a week. Between calls, you also receive guided videos, PDFs, and somatic exercises to keep the work moving in your own time.
Under the fear of being fully seen, your nervous system reaches for the same disguise every time. Most of us live in one. See which mask is yours.
You lead with the capable, in-control version, because needing anything feels dangerous. The armour keeps people at exactly the distance where they cannot see the soft parts.
You keep busy, keep achieving, keep moving — because stopping long enough to be seen might let something vulnerable surface. Momentum is the mask.
You go quiet, blend in, take up less space. Being unseen feels safer than being seen and judged, so you make yourself hard to fully find.
You read the room and become whoever keeps everyone comfortable. The real you gets edited out in real time, until you are not sure which version is actually yours.
Not sure which one you are? Take the free nervous system quiz first — then this challenge will hit different.
I am a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and a nervous system, touch, and somatic practitioner.
Early in life I learned that being fully myself was not always safe, so I got good at becoming what a room needed. I performed, I shrank, I shape-shifted — and I lost track of who I actually was underneath all of it. The practices I now teach are what finally let me put the mask down.
Unmasked is me handing you those same tools — so you can stop managing how you come across, and finally be at home as yourself.

Unmasked is for anyone who feels like the version of them the world sees is managed, performed, or carefully edited — and is tired of it. You do not need to know your pattern going in. You will by the end.
Every live call is on Zoom and recorded, with the recording sent to you within 24 hours. The daily practices and extra materials are self-paced, so you can move through the four weeks on your own schedule and never fall behind.
More than okay. Everything is taught from the ground up in plain language, with gentle, accessible practices. No experience needed — just willingness.
Plan for one live session plus a few short practices through the week. Most days ask for ten minutes or less.
No. Unmasked is a focused four-week challenge about coming out from behind the mask. The SYSTM is the deeper eight-week group container. This is a beautiful place to begin.
